House vs. apartment

Why live in an apartment when you can live here?

An apartment rents you a unit. Lookout Ridge rents you a house, with a front door, a yard and a garage that are yours alone.

Rent vs. buy

All the house. None of the homeowner chores.

Owning means a down payment, a tax bill and every repair on your weekend. At Lookout Ridge you get a brand-new house and a yard, and someone else handles the rest.

Downsizing

Trade the big house and the to-do list for a new home with less to keep up.

Retirement

Travel when you want. The lawn and the repairs are handled while you're away.

A second home

A Georgetown base near family, work or the lake, without owning a second property.

Relocating

Land in a new home near the employers, then decide where to buy, if ever.

Residents don't receive a property tax bill; the owner pays the property's taxes. Compare your own costs before deciding to rent or buy.

Keep the house. Lose the chores.

A day at Lookout Ridge

Everything you need, a few minutes from your front door

Here is an ordinary Tuesday. The commute is short, lunch is a walk, and the sunset comes with the house.

  1. Coffee on the porch, then the pond loop

The sidewalk runs straight to the fountain pond. The dog already knows the way.

  2. Two minutes to work

Pegatron, Flextronics and BPI are about two minutes away. Dell is 19, Apple 22 and Samsung Taylor 25.

  3. Lunch next door

Six local kitchens and 15,000 square feet of patios at The Junction, a short walk from your door.

  4. An errand you can walk to

Harmony Science Academy is about 10 minutes on foot down Blue Ridge Drive.

  5. Nine holes before dinner

Teravista Golf Club is about five minutes away: par 72, 7,039 yards, water on 14 holes.

  6. The best seat in Williamson County

From a ridge-top townhome, nothing stands between the third floor and the horizon.

  7. Garage down, lights off

The lawn is someone else's job. Tomorrow, do it again.

Lock-and-Leave Living

Turn the key. Go.

Your weekends belong to you, not your lawn. We handle the mowing, the landscaping and the repairs. Leave for a week at the lake or a month on the road, and come home to a yard that looks like you never left.

  1. 01

The yard takes care of itself

Lawn care and landscaping are part of your monthly fee. No mower in the garage and no Saturday mornings lost to edging.

  2. 02

Repairs are a request, not a project

A dripping faucet is a quick message to the management team, not a trip to the hardware store.

  3. 03

Brand new, so there's less to fix

New roof, new systems, new stainless steel appliances. You get the first years of the house, and none of the old house's surprises.

  4. 04

    Close the garage and leave

The car, the bikes and the kayak stay locked in your own garage while you're gone.

A house when you're home. No upkeep when you're not.
